Clarification Regarding GINAxC’s Marbella Appearance at La Cañada, August 12, 2026

Spanish event sites have reported GINAxC will perform live in Marbella, August 12, 2026 at La Cañada Shopping Centre. This information has been denied by the artist herself.

Earlier this year, GINAxC announced plans for an unofficial meet-and-greet in Marbella on 12 August 2026. The idea was simply to meet listeners and supporters while she was visiting the city. It was not intended to be an event organised in cooperation with La Cañada Shopping, nor was the shopping centre involved in the planning.

The meet-and-greet was cancelled in May.

Despite this, several Spanish event websites have recently published information claiming that GINAxC will launch her MY DNA / The Ugly Truth Tour in Marbella. Some listings describe a live concert at La Cañada Shopping, while others also mention a press conference, media meeting or official tour-launch event.

These reports are not based on an announcement made by GINAxC.

Her tour began in February 2026 and is now considered completed by the artist. GINAxC has never announced a live show, official tour launch or press event at La Cañada Shopping. The only original plan was the informal meet-and-greet, arranged independently and without involvement from the shopping centre.

However, the unexpected attention has created an unusual situation. As GINAxC will already be travelling to Marbella for a private event, her team has now contacted La Cañada Shopping to explore whether a small official event could potentially be arranged on 12 August.

The proposal would involve a shorter GINAxC live performance followed by a meet-and-greet. At the time of writing, nothing has been confirmed.
